s98com Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document correctly.

By accessing s98com, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use s98com. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. s98com recommends reviewing this page periodically.

Minors — individuals under 18 years of age — are strictly prohibited from using s98com. Any use of the platform by a minor, whether knowingly or otherwise, is a fundamental breach of these Terms and the applicable laws.

To use s98com, you must register an account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — including your legal name, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are eligible to register an s98com account if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and use.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that includes s98com.
• You do not already hold another active or suspended s98com account.
• You have not previously had an s98com account closed due to Terms breaches.

s98com operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity, a different identity, a shared device or IP address, or a shared payment method, are prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates may be closed immediately and any balances in duplicate accounts may be voided pending investigation.

Your s98com account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and SMS OTP codes. You must not share these with any other person under any circumstances, including family members or friends.

s98com will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to ask for your full password or SMS OTP. Any communication claiming to be from s98com that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent. Report such contact to support@s98com.app immediately.

All bets placed and transactions initiated from your account — whether by you or by any unauthorised person who obtained access through your credentials — are your responsibility. s98com cannot reverse settled bets placed through your account on the basis that you did not personally place them, unless there is clear evidence of a platform-side security breach.

You must notify s98com promptly if your registered mobile number changes, as it is the primary channel for SMS OTP withdrawal verification. Failure to update your mobile number could result in difficulty accessing your account or completing withdrawals.

s98com processes all transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits: Deposits are credited to your s98com balance after confirmation of the transaction reference. s98com charges zero fees on standard PKR deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 500 for bank transfers and card deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed from your cash balance only — bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with funds typically arriving within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed during SBP banking hours.

Withdrawal Verification: For first-time withdrawals and for amounts above Rs 200,000, s98com requires completion of the standard KYC verification process before the withdrawal is released. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

s98com offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players — welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback programmes, and VIP-specific rewards. Each offer is governed by the specific terms stated in the promotion itself, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms where a conflict exists.

The following general bonus rules apply to all s98com promotional offers unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per registered mobile number, per payment method, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g. 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not contribute to wagering requirements unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Cashing out a bet placed with bonus funds before settlement will result in that stake not counting toward wagering requirements.
• s98com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, but will honour all bonuses already credited before the offer was withdrawn.
• Players who abuse bonus offers — including multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times, or using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk strategies designed to clear wagering with minimal genuine gameplay — may have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

All bets placed on s98com are final once confirmed. Confirmation occurs at the point the bet slip is submitted and you receive a bet reference number. s98com cannot cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances set out below.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided — and the stake returned to your balance — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before it begins; the event is abandoned before the minimum required period of play; the odds offered were demonstrably incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure at the time the bet was placed; the event is postponed and rescheduled outside the applicable settlement window.

Maximum Payout Limits: Individual bet payouts are subject to the maximum payout limits specified for each sport and market type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. s98com reserves the right to limit bet stakes for individual players or markets in its sole discretion.

Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability of live data. If a connection is lost between bet placement and confirmation, the bet will be considered unconfirmed and the stake will not be deducted. Bets cannot be placed after the completion of the event outcome that the bet relates to — any such bet will be voided.

Obvious Error: If s98com offers clearly incorrect odds due to a manifest error (for example, decimal odds of 100.00 on a heavy favourite with correct market odds of 1.15), s98com reserves the right to void the affected bets. This is applied only in genuine cases of obvious error and not as a general tool for limiting winning players.

The casino and games section of s98com — including live dealer tables, jackpot slots, and table games — operates under the rules of each individual game, which are displayed within the game interface. These general rules apply across all casino games on s98com.

• Game outcomes in slots and RNG table games are determined by certified random number generators. s98com does not influence outcomes after a game round begins.
• In live dealer games, the rules of the game as announced by the dealer and displayed on screen govern the round. Technical disconnections during a live round do not void completed rounds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed in the game interface before play begins.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and reflect the pool at the time of display — the final jackpot paid is the amount recorded at the exact moment the jackpot is won.
• Free spins credited as bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirement rules as bonus cash — winnings from free spins contribute to wagering requirements rather than being freely withdrawable.
• Technical malfunctions or server interruptions during a game round that result in the round being incomplete will result in the stake being returned. Completed round results stand regardless of post-game technical issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s98com. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and permanent account closure.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one s98com account, whether under your own identity or another identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about sporting events, including but not limited to information obtained through involvement in or knowledge of match-fixing activity.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the s98com platform.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including multi-accounting for bonus collection, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering, or any pattern of play designed to profit from bonuses rather than the underlying games.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks on legitimate deposits after the funds have been used for betting or gaming on s98com.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or latency advantages to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Money laundering: Using s98com for any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful wagering activity.

s98com may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the situation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe when requested.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback notification from a payment provider in connection with your account.
• Request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Confirmed or suspected account use by a minor.
• At the player's own request — voluntary account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Terms breaches, the verified account balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where fraud is confirmed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact s98com support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please request self-exclusion rather than account closure — self-exclusion provides additional protections.

s98com is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools available directly from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods.

All responsible gaming tools can be applied immediately from your account settings page. Restrictions take effect immediately when applied. Removal of restrictions — such as increasing a deposit limit or ending a cooling-off period — is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect, to ensure decisions are made without impulsivity.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or exploit any s98com content or intellectual property in any form, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, without express written permission from s98com.

s98com provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While s98com works to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

s98com's total liability to any player for any cause — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. s98com is not liable for:

• Missed betting opportunities due to platform downtime or technical interruptions.
• Losses arising from your own unauthorised account access due to sharing of credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
• Losses arising from events outside s98com's reasonable control (force majeure events).

Nothing in these Terms limits s98com's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

s98com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via the registered email address or mobile number, and will be notified in the platform via a prominent notice for a period of at least 14 days before taking effect.

Minor clarifications and non-material changes may be made without advance notice but will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of s98com after an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which s98com operates. Any dispute arising out of these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process above shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant arbitration authority.
